For a church that’s only been around for a few years, we already have an incredibly seasoned staff!

Fueled first and foremost by a passion for Christ and teens (and only partially fueled by his favorite energy drinks), TIM ANDERSON draws from experience in the classroom, on the court and around the world.  Tim graduated from Bethel University with a degree in education and founded a non-profit basketball ministry called ACE Hoops.  While taking a liking to Minnesota sports teams, golf, and time with family and friends, he counts everything as loss for the sake of knowing Jesus Christ as Lord.

Tim heads up the High School Team on Tuesday nights and provides overall leadership for ECC Teen.

CHRIS STUDENSKI served in Youth Ministry for 16 years before accepting the call to launch ECC.

He’s the creative force behind some of the greatest games you’ve never heard of (yet) and has been recognized as one of the region’s top youthworkers.
